  • Confirmation of place will only be given upon receipt of full payment and completed registration form.
  • For WondersRobotics/WondersInvent programs, up to 1 makeup may only be granted on a case by case basis for a 7-session package with at least 7 days of advance email notice prior to the class or proof of medical certificate with advance email notice to enquiry@wonderswork.com.sg, It will be arranged subject to availability and may not be on the same class timing. Strictly no makeup will be given in any case for absence without any email notice in advance. There is no makeup for trial session or any other package other than 7-session package.
  • The validity period is 2 months for a 7-session package from date of registration/payment whichever is earlier.
  • Each class timing requires a minimum sign up of 3 persons before it is confirmed, and in the event that the minimum is not met, fee payment will be returned accordingly or can be used to participate in other programs or workshops at customers’ discretion.
  • All classes/packages/products are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  • Management reserves the right to change the fees prior to confirmation of place without prior notice given.
  • Change of class/camp/event dates/time is subjected to management’s approval. Management reserves the right to charge additional fee.
  • Management reserves the right to change the class schedule/activities as deems fit without prior notice given.
  • Management is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft or damage to customers and or his/her belongings.
  • Management reserves the right to ask parent for reasonable compensation for any damage to Wonderswork's property caused by a student.
  • Management reserves the right to take photos/videos of all classes and use them for publicity purposes.
  • You agree to receive updates from us on latest programs, reminders, announcements, offers & deals
  • Management reserves the right to apply an overtime charge of $10 per 15mins block for late pickup.
  • Management reserves the right to reject any registration without any reason given.
  • If information given in this registration is found to be false/inaccurate, management reserves the right not to take in the registered participant and no refund will be given.
  • Management reserves the right to remove a participant from the course when deemed necessary to do so. This includes where a participant does not comply with the safety rules and advice, does not act responsibly, is disruptive or behaves in a way we deem to be inappropriate in the circumstances, fails to respect or affects the enjoyment of the course for other participants. No refund of the program fee will be provided to participants removed in such cases.
